Since 1991 VDMMA have been consistent in achieving positive ongoing peer review, both nationally and internationally. The practice has been most fortunate to receive over thirty design awards, ranging from local Institute of Architecture national awards to international Institute and Journal Awards. Parallel awards and opinion polls, such as a VISI initiative voted “The Tree House” as the “Best Building in South Africa”
