SILO 5 | 6 STAR GREEN STAR RATING

We are delighted to announce that No.5 Silo has been awarded a 6 Star Green Star Design Rating. The most notable sustainability initiatives in No 5 include: • High performance unitised façade • Central seawater cooling and heating plant • Pre cooling function on air handling units which can utilize the seawater directly without need for chillers • Electric car charging points • Usable terraces and gardens on the roof plant

YEAR END CELEBRATION 2016

The VDMMA team and their partners celebrated the end of 2016 at El Burro Restaurant in Greenpoint on the 14th of December 2016. We wish everyone a peaceful and happy festive season. Our office will be closed from the 21st of December 2016, and reopen on the 5th of January 2017.
