V&A WATERFRONT AWARDED 5 GREEN STAR RATINGS BY THE GBCSA

The V&A Waterfront in Cape Town has been awarded 5 Green Star ratings, from the Green Building Council South Africa, for various buildings completed in the precinct. Green Star is a points based green building rating system that evaluates whether the building incorporates global best practice in sustainability.

The first ever 6 Star Green Star - Office 'As built' rating in South Africa was awarded to our No 1 Silo in June 2014.

In 2018, No 5 Silo was awarded 6 Star Green Star - Office 'As built' rating - making it one of only four projects that has been awarded a 6 Star As built rating.
